Shipping Policy
We want to ensure you receive your items as quickly and safely as possible. Therefore, once you've placed your order, please allow us 2-3 business days to process your order. During peak periods, processing your order may take up to 4 business days.

We use trustworthy standard shipping services to deliver the items safely and efficiently. Shipping times and costs depend on the customer's location, weight and the shipping method selected at checkout. Additional fees, such as taxes and customs duties for international shipping, are the customer's responsibility.

The shop offers customer support if issues arise with a shipment, such as lost or damaged packages. Although specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, we will ensure the quick and safe delivery (14 to 21 days maximum) of items and requests customers' patience and understanding.
Special Policy
At ThingsInNet, we offer a diverse range of devices and components specifically designed for IoT development. We place a high level of importance on the safety and satisfaction of our customers and strive to ensure that our products are used in the correct manner. Please note that we expect our customers to have prior knowledge and experience in IoT development when using our products.
Warranty & Return Policy
Our products cater primarily to the fields of Research & Development, experimentation, engineering design, and testing. As a result, we do not provide any warranty.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included, and not damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Once the items are returned to the factory, the ThingsInNet technical team will verify the conditions of the things and will issue a refund. However, any shipping fees paid are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for shipping the package back to where it originated. Mainly we ship products from our corporate office in Homagama, Sri Lanka.
